Martin Salmon (Dublin Office)

Sales and Marketing Director Started his career in the Boating Industry in 1983 as a Carpenter Joiner working for a local boat builder and progressed into boat retailing in the late 80's. Martin Co Founded MGM Boats in 1997 and secured the dealership for Aquador and Jeanneau. In 2005 he took on the role of expanding our Brokerage division and we now have in excess of 300 boats on our system.

Gerry Salmon (Dublin Office)

Managing Director Started his career in the Boating Industry in 1986 as a Glassfibre Laminator working for a local boat builder and was promoted to Service Manager in 1991. Gerry Co-Founded MGM Boats in 1997 and in 2002 successfully negotiated a 30 year lease to operate the Boatyard and Sales Office in Dun Laoghaire Harbour. In 2003 Gerry secured the Distributorship for Sunseeker Motor Yachts.

Ross O'Leary (Dublin Office)

Brokerage Sales + New Boat Sales (Director) Started his career as an active sailor while studying at Solent University. Formed his own brokerage company in 1999 and in 2000 co founded MGM Boats to develop the current boatyard operation in Dun Laoghaire. Ross secured the Jeanneau dealership and developed Irelands most successful sailboat brokerage operation. In 2008 Ross secured the dealership for Lagoon Catamarans.

John O'Kane (Belfast Office)

Brokerage Sales + New Boat Sales (Director) Formed his own brokerage company in Northern Ireland in 1997 and in 2000 Co Founded MGM Boats NI. In 2008 John established our Hamble Point Marina office and secured the UK Distributorship for Aquador Boats. John has played a vital role in progressing MGM Boats into one of Europes leading Brokerage and Boat Sales companies.

Andrew Jacobs (Dublin Office)

Brokerage Sales + New Boat Sales  Andrew has been boating since before he could walk and comes from a nautical family. As a child he was a competitive dingy sailor and later qualified as a powerboat instructor. He has an extensive knowledge of leisure craft gained through countless hours on the water. Andrew spends a lot of time boating on the West Coast as well as in Dublin. This has helped him understand the varying needs of boaters from different areas.
